Here’s what I’ve loved in crochet this week…
A lovely two-tone wrap, a clever way to use rope and crochet to create nesting baskets, dainty fan and lace motifs, curl up with a cozy throw, and…
Light and breezy textured summer cardigan, a keychain good enough to eat and show off your Tunisian crochet stitch skills in a sampler blanket.
A citrus inspired snail toy, a star for baby, a groovy bobble bag, pretty crossover cardis for the warmer weather and a lace wrap with sparkle.
Common crocheted household items repurposed into conceptual art, ocean inspired borders, and life-sized crocheted animals!
Leaf inspired squares, come over all Scottish with crocheted tartan, sport-inspired crochet fashion and a sunburst inspired square.
Simple Tunisian stitches, the bubble stitch, find out how to fix loose stitches and how to stop holey corners, plus, the delicate delight of picot edges.
And now… onwards to your weekly What To Crochet Next issue!

👀 Last week’s top crochet inspiration: be a star headband.
This week’s crochet ideas you can't miss…
Two-tone scarf wrap.
A lovely wrap using two colors. The main color background has a different texture on each side so it can be worn with either side facing out.
The second color is used to create chains woven through the main fabric. The fringe edges look great!
Diadem kerchief.
This kerchief is named after its alpha star, Diadem. The dainty fan and lace motifs evoke the fresh mid-spring feelings of a beautiful May day.
Onyx nesting basket.
This is a clever way of creating baskets with rope.
The rope is used as the basket base and each coil is stacked atop each other and crocheted together. Use for indoor plants or storage containers.
Teatime coziness.
This throw design is inspired by the Kenyan Chai Culture.
Chai is served at breakfast, mid-morning, after (or with) lunch, afternoon, after dinner! Any time is teatime, thus the name for Morine’s crochet blanket.
